As a real estate instructor and the Tennessee REALTORS® Educator of the Year, Susan has taught professionals across the state, earning recognition twice as her local Association’s REALTOR® of the Year.

Terry joined the real estate profession in 2004, partnering with Susan to form a powerhouse husband-and-wife team. He also holds the M-GRI, SRES, and PSA designations, bringing sharp analytical insight and dedication to every deal.
